Exmouth
Known as the gateway to the Jurassic Coast, Exmouth stands at the point where the River Exe meets the sea. It’s known as a regional hub for water sports, particularly kayaking, windsurfing and kite surfing. Exmouth Beach has beautiful golden sands, ideal for those sunny summer days playing with the family and soaking up some rays.
Like most communities along Devon’s coast, the South West Coast Path runs through Exmouth and there are some spectacular clifftop walks along the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The town is home to an indoor market and a great range of shops, while there are lots of attractions in the Exmouth area to keep every member of the family entertained.
