Lyme Bay Winery is a small, dedicated drinks company full of people who are passionate about producing delicious and award-winning English Wine, Fruit Wine, Cider, Mead, Liqueurs and Spirits from our home in Devon’s beautiful Axe Valley.

Here we combine our knowledge and love of flavours and ingredients with our wine-making skills to craft award-winning traditional drinks, tailored to the 21st-century palate. Each of these amazing products is fermented, blended, and aged, as appropriate, right here at the Winery under the supervision of our experienced team.

The Cellar Door is open every day and we welcome visitors in to sample our drinks. We have draught cider and can fill any container you like or sell our own in different sizes if you prefer.

It is a working winery so you’ll get a sneak peek (and whiff!) of whatever we are fermenting or blending when you visit. Because of this, no dogs are allowed inside but there’s a space to leave them safely by the front door.
