The bar at the Kings Arms is well stocked with old favourites and local legends. We also serve tea and coffee in the main bar throughout the day, and we’re more than happy to provide free water to thirsty walkers (just ask).

FOOD
The Kings Arms Restaurant serves a varied menu, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner all available and ‘specials’ on offer daily. There are so many wonderful farmers and growers working nearby that we try to source locally-produced ingredients for our menus whenever possible. In addition, our meat is provided by our family farm, and most of our fish is supplied by our very own fleet of fishing boats.

In the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Kings Arms makes a great base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. From single to family occupation, every room is en-suite and includes a delicious homemade breakfast each morning. Cosy and traditional, the Kings Arms is popular with locals and walkers enjoying walks along the stunning Jurassic coastline or exploring the footpaths beside the nearby River Otter. It’s also close to the much-loved beaches of Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth and Ladram Bay.
