Our Cellar Door shop is open every day and showcases our wide range of award-winning English still and sparkling wines, spirits, fruit wines, ciders, meads, and liqueurs. There is always a selection of English wines and other award-winning products available to taste – just ask our helpful staff. Opening Hours Spring 2025 – Tuesday to Friday 10:00 – 16:30 (Closed for lunch 12:30 – 13:15) Saturday, Sunday & Monday Closed.

Guided Tasting Experiences 2026

We offer two Guided Tastings Experience options at the Cellar Door:

SILVER (£30pp): English Wine & Mead – 2 Whites, 1 Red, 1 Sparkling, 1 Fruit Wine, 1 Mead

GOLD (£35pp): English Wine, Mead & Spirits – 3 Whites, 1 Red, 2 Sparklings, 1 Fruit Wine, 1 Mead, Rum or Gin plus accompanying nibbles!

Guided Tastings typically last between 1 – 2 hours, depending on which package you choose.

We will talk you through each wine, how to taste, where the grapes are grown, how it is made and give you a few tips on selecting wine in a shop or restaurant.

Each guest also receives winemaker notes on each of the wines sampled and their own Lyme Bay Winery tote bag.

After the tasting, you can have a browse of the Cellar Door shop and enjoy a 10% guest discount on any Lyme Bay goodies that you buy on the day!
