Well Within: Supporting Women’s Health, Inside and Out
Join us for a relaxed and inspiring International Women’s Day breakfast focused on women’s health, wellbeing, and self-care inside and out.
Hosted in an intimate morning setting, this event brings together expert speakers who approach women’s health from complementary perspectives. The speakers are small business owners, creators and innovators; Hannah from Purely Nourishing will explore how nutrition, and lifestyle choices support women’s wellbeing from within, while Kevin & Liz from Coraline Skincare will share insights into caring for the skin as an extension of overall health and how they founded Coraline Skincare for the love of their daughter and their passion for the power of nature and her healing properties. Liz will also talk about her new book “Everybody Wants a Dance with Coraline: Stepping into love with my daughter with Down’s syndrome,” and its central message of being yourself.
The morning will offer practical guidance, expert insight, and thoughtful conversation around how women can better support their bodies at every stage of life leaving guests feeling informed, empowered, and nourished.
