Set within our beautiful 18th-century threshing barn, the evening begins with Gill introducing the menu, sharing the inspiration behind each dish and the story of its provenance. From field to flame, every course reflects a deep connection to the land, the seasons, and the craft of simple and honest yet unbelievably delicious cooking.
