Exmouth Film Festival (EFF) is a volunteer led, not for profit independent film festival. This is its first year and to be honest its a toe in the water to see if this is something that the town would like and will support. It is being run with lots of goodness and support. Any profits made will go back into OSBD media charity as it supports young emerging film talent both here in Exmouth, the South West and nationally.
