The Beehive is a vibrant community venue in Honiton, East Devon with a programme of live music events, theatre, dance, comedy, cinema, event screenings (National Theatre, Royal Opera House etc.) and space for community activities, exhibitions, workshops, meetings and conferences.

Since opening in 2014, The Beehive has welcomed over 59,000 people to the building each year. The building is used by over 80 community organisations and special interest groups. It is a venue for community and cultural events which appeal across the generations and was recently awarded Community Centre of the Year – a great tribute to all the team who help run this building.

Venue Hire – Whether you’re looking for a venue to hold a conference, exhibition or wedding reception, a room for community activities, seminars, training course, workshop or meeting, or wish to stage a live event, we have the space for you. With our 300 seat Auditorium, Function room, Café room and small rooms to choose from, we can provide a suitable space and event support whatever your event.

The building is very accessible to families with free parking, baby changing and “changing places” facilities, easy access and storage for wheelchairs and children’s buggies, high chairs and free tap water in the café, plus auditorium booster seats.
